Highrollz • highrollz.com
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of highrollz.com (the “Website”) and all games, sportsbook, promotions, account, payment and related services made available through the Website (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms form a binding agreement between the person using the Services (“you”, “your” or “Player”) and the operator of Highrollz (“Highrollz”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Highrollz is operated by HR-CASINOS (the “Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao. The Company is licensed and supervised by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (“CGA”) under online gaming licence number 399412.
By registering an account, accessing the Website or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AML & KYC Policy, the Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion Policy, applicable bonus terms and any game or sportsbook rules incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
We may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in law, regulation, licensing requirements, products, technology, security or business operations. The current version will always be available on the Website. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention, including through the Website, account interface or Registered Email Address. Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms. Bets accepted before that date will ordinarily remain subject to the rules in force when accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You may not register, access or use the Services from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, in which the Company is not permitted to provide the Services, or in which providing the Services would require a licence or registration that the Company does not hold. Without limiting that rule, access is prohibited from Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, and any other jurisdiction identified as restricted on the Website from time to time.
The Services are not available to any person or entity subject to applicable sanctions, asset-freeze measures or watchlists, or where a transaction would violate applicable sanctions or anti-money laundering laws. We may screen players, wallets, devices, IP addresses and transactions against sanctions and risk databases.
You must not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, GPS spoofing tool, anonymisation service or any other method to conceal, falsify or manipulate your true location. We may use IP geolocation, device information, timezone checks, device fingerprinting and other technical measures to verify location and detect circumvention.
You must register a Player Account before gambling. You may hold only one Player Account unless we expressly authorise otherwise in writing. We may refuse a registration or close duplicate, linked, proxy or nominee accounts.
We may require identity, age, address, nationality, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, payment-method, wallet-ownership or other information at registration, before a first withdrawal, when thresholds or risk indicators are met, or at any other time required by our AML & KYC Policy or applicable law. We may restrict deposits, wagering, withdrawals or account access while checks are pending.
You authorise us to use reliable third-party verification, sanctions, fraud-prevention, device intelligence and blockchain analytics services for these purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your username, password, authentication credentials, email account, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, private keys and recovery credentials secure. You must not disclose them to any third party. We may treat activity performed through correctly authenticated account credentials as authorised by you, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you suspect account compromise, unauthorised access, email compromise, wallet compromise or disclosure of credentials, you must notify Customer Support immediately and change affected credentials. We may suspend the account while investigating.
The following conduct is prohibited:
You may deposit only supported assets using the networks and deposit instructions displayed by the Website. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, blockchain network, wallet address, memo, tag or other routing information. Digital-asset transfers are generally irreversible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, validators, miners, exchanges, wallet providers, payment processors or other third parties. Unsupported assets, deposits sent on an unsupported network or transfers made to an incorrect or expired address may be unrecoverable. Where recovery is technically possible, we may charge a reasonable disclosed recovery fee.
Deposits may be subject to confirmation requirements, transaction monitoring and enhanced review. We may refuse or return a deposit where permitted by law, including where it originates from a prohibited, sanctioned, stolen, high-risk or suspicious source.
Any applicable deposit, network, conversion or payment-provider charges will be disclosed through the Website or transaction flow where reasonably practicable. A Player Account is not a bank account, does not bear interest and is not protected by a bank deposit-guarantee scheme.
Player funds are recorded through the Player Account. Bets and winnings will be denominated and settled in the asset or currency specified for the relevant product. Where fiat values are displayed for digital assets, those values may be indicative only and may change with market prices.
Where required by Curaçao licence conditions, winnings are paid in the same currency or virtual currency used for the relevant game or wager. Highrollz does not provide investment services and the Player Account must not be used as a deposit, money-transmission or currency-exchange account.
You may request withdrawal of cleared and withdrawable funds through the methods made available to you. Withdrawal limits, network costs, processing charges and minimum amounts, if any, will be displayed on the Website or in the withdrawal flow.
We may require successful KYC, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, wallet ownership, sanctions, fraud and blockchain-risk checks before processing a withdrawal. A withdrawal may be delayed, restricted or refused where required or permitted by applicable law, these Terms or our AML & KYC Policy. Responsible Gaming measures will never be used as a pretext to prevent or delay a legitimate withdrawal.
Where a deposit has not been meaningfully used for gambling, we may conduct enhanced AML review and, where disclosed and legally permissible, charge a reasonable payment or blockchain processing fee. Any commercial fee is separate from our AML decision-making and payment of a fee does not remove or reduce verification obligations.
You are responsible for providing a correct destination wallet or payment account. Once a blockchain withdrawal has been validly broadcast to the address supplied by you, it normally cannot be reversed.
Bonuses, cashback, free bets, free spins, rakeback, competitions and promotions may be subject to separate terms. We may modify, suspend or withdraw a promotion where permitted by its terms and applicable law. Bonus abuse, collusion, multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns or exploitation may result in cancellation of the affected bonus and associated winnings, account restriction or other action permitted by these Terms.
Each casino game, poker product or sportsbook market may be subject to product-specific rules displayed on or linked from the Website. Those rules form part of these Terms. If product-specific rules conflict with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the product-specific rule expressly states otherwise and is lawful.
We may set or change minimum and maximum stakes, payout limits, market availability and player-specific limits. We may refuse or restrict a wager before acceptance. Once accepted, wagers will be settled under the applicable rules, subject to the error and integrity provisions below.
The Services are provided using complex software, networks, blockchain infrastructure and third-party content. Despite reasonable controls, errors, outages, bugs, incorrect odds, data-feed failures, duplicate transactions or other malfunctions may occur.
Where a bet, game outcome, bonus, balance, withdrawal or other transaction is materially affected by an obvious technical, data, settlement or human error, we may correct the error, reverse an incorrect credit, resettle or void the affected transaction and return the correct stake or balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Amounts credited to you by mistake remain our property. If withdrawn, they may constitute a debt owed to us.
You must promptly notify us if you become aware of an obvious error or malfunction and must not knowingly exploit it.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website, any game, sportsbook feed, blockchain, wallet service, payment processor or other third-party service. We may suspend or modify all or part of the Services for maintenance, security, regulatory, technical or commercial reasons. Nothing in this clause excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable player-fund and fair-gaming obligations.
Highrollz is intended for entertainment only. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose or use gambling as a means of income or debt recovery. Our Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion Policy forms part of these Terms.
Highrollz provides responsible-gaming measures including player self-assessment, behaviour monitoring, deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is available for at least one year and applies across all brands and domains operated under the relevant licence. Please consult the Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion Policy for full details.
Persons under 18, or below any higher minimum legal gambling age applicable to them, may not use the Services. We perform age-verification controls and may require government-issued identification before withdrawal or earlier where required. If we determine that a Player was underage, the account will be closed and deposits, winnings and wagers will be handled in accordance with applicable Curaçao law, CGA requirements and any mandatory laws applicable to the Player.
We may restrict or close accounts where we reasonably determine that a Player is a vulnerable person or where required by our Responsible Gaming obligations.
Our AML & KYC Policy forms part of these Terms. We may monitor account activity, payment methods, devices, locations and blockchain transactions, request information and documents, suspend activity, decline transactions, freeze or restrict funds where legally required, and report unusual or suspicious activity to competent authorities without notifying you where law prohibits disclosure.
We may cooperate with regulators, law-enforcement authorities, courts, financial intelligence units, payment providers and other parties where legally required or permitted.
We may suspend, restrict or close a Player Account where reasonably necessary for regulatory, AML, sanctions, fraud, security, integrity, responsible-gaming or contractual reasons, or where requested by a competent authority. Where appropriate and lawful, we will inform you of the action and its general basis.
On ordinary account closure, remaining legitimate and withdrawable funds will be made available subject to verification, outstanding wagers, payment adjustments and legal restrictions. We may withhold, reverse, deduct or confiscate funds only where permitted by these Terms and applicable law, including where they are attributable to fraud, chargebacks, prohibited conduct, erroneous credits or unlawful activity.
You must not improperly reverse, charge back or repudiate a valid payment. You are liable for valid unpaid amounts, reasonable recovery costs and losses caused by an improper reversal. Winnings derived from funds successfully charged back or reversed may be cancelled to the extent permitted by law.
Highrollz, its licensors and suppliers own or license the Website, software, databases, trademarks, designs, game integrations, text, graphics, odds and other content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Operational, security, regulatory and account communications may be sent through the Website, account interface or your Registered Email Address. Marketing communications will be sent only on a lawful basis and will include an appropriate opt-out mechanism. Players in cooling-off or self-exclusion will be treated in accordance with the Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Highrollz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including losses caused by third-party networks, blockchains, payment providers, telecommunications failures or unauthorised access attributable to the Player’s failure to protect credentials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other mandatory legal obligations.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a specific gambling transaction will not exceed the amount of the affected stake or the amount required to place the Player in the position that should have resulted from correct settlement, whichever is appropriate under applicable law.
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, sanctions, telecommunications failures, blockchain disruption, cyber incidents affecting third parties, power failures or supplier outages, provided that this does not excuse obligations that applicable law requires us to perform regardless of such events.
A Player may submit a complaint free of charge through Customer Support and the official complaint process made available on highrollz.com. Complaints may be lodged up to six months after settlement of the wager or the incident complained of. For in-play sports betting, you should complain promptly where investigation may depend on data that is retained for a shorter operational period.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority is the licensing and supervisory authority. The CGA does not act as the decision-maker for individual gambling-transaction complaints; player disputes are handled through the operator’s complaints process, ADR and, where applicable, the courts.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights and applicable ADR procedures, the courts of Curaçao have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
