Highrollz is committed to providing gambling as a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment and to reducing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide information, account tools, monitoring and intervention processes intended to help Players remain in control and to protect minors and vulnerable persons.
Gambling should never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover debt or a solution to financial problems. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
You should regularly assess whether gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, work, studies or wellbeing. Warning signs may include:
If you recognise several of these signs, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible-gaming tools described below and seek independent support.
Highrollz provides deposit limits to help Players control the amount they may deposit during a chosen period. The available periods and limit-setting interface are displayed in the Responsible Gaming section of the Player Account.
A request to reduce a deposit limit should take effect as soon as technically practicable. Any request to increase or remove a limit may be subject to a cooling or review period and responsible-gaming checks. Highrollz may also impose mandatory limits where risk indicators justify intervention or where required by law.
Cooling off is a short-term temporary restriction designed for Players who want a break from gambling without entering long-term self-exclusion. Highrollz offers the following cooling-off durations:
During cooling off, wagering is disabled for the selected scope, deposits are disabled, and eligible Player funds remain available for legitimate withdrawal. The account may remain accessible so that the Player can review information or request a withdrawal. Highrollz will not offer bonuses, free play or other incentives during the cooling-off period. Marketing will be stopped where the Player selects the marketing opt-out offered with the tool.
Cooling off takes effect immediately when activated through the Website. A selected cooling-off period cannot be shortened. It may be made more restrictive where the available interface permits. At expiry, the account is reactivated automatically unless another restriction applies.
Self-exclusion is a long-term and irrevocable restriction intended for Players who believe they are at risk of gambling-related harm or who want to stop gambling for an extended period. Highrollz offers self-exclusion for:
Self-exclusion applies to all gambling verticals and all brands and domains operated under the same relevant Highrollz licence. It blocks wagering, deposits and access to gambling services and automatically removes the Player from direct marketing. Highrollz will take reasonable measures to detect and prevent the creation or use of replacement accounts intended to circumvent self-exclusion.
A Player must be able to initiate and complete self-exclusion online without needing operator approval. Where a Player cannot access the online tool for exceptional technical reasons, Customer Support may assist in applying the requested restriction as quickly as possible and in any event within the period required by applicable rules.
Self-exclusion cannot be cancelled or shortened during the selected period. Reopening after a fixed self-exclusion period is Player-initiated and may be subject to a cooling/review process, identity checks and responsible-gaming assessment. Lifetime self-exclusion is permanent unless applicable law expressly requires a different process.
Responsible Gaming measures must not be used as a pretext to prevent or delay a legitimate withdrawal. During cooling off, eligible funds remain available for withdrawal. During self-exclusion, remaining balances will be handled in accordance with applicable Curaçao civil law, AML/KYC requirements and regulatory rules. Customer Support can provide instructions for withdrawing an eligible balance without re-enabling gambling.
Highrollz monitors account activity and customer interactions for indicators that may suggest elevated risk of gambling-related harm. No single indicator necessarily means that a Player has a gambling problem; we assess relevant circumstances together.
Indicators may include:
Where appropriate, Highrollz may contact a Player, provide information about responsible-gaming tools, apply mandatory limits, suspend an account for assessment or permanently exclude a Player in severe or persistent cases. Interventions and material responsible-gaming interactions may be recorded in the Player Account management system.
Highrollz does not permit anyone under 18, or below a higher minimum legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction, to gamble. We use age-verification controls and may require government-issued identification. If we determine that a Player is underage, the account will be closed and funds handled in accordance with applicable law.
Parents and guardians should help prevent minors from accessing gambling services by:
Highrollz does not knowingly or deliberately target minors, self-excluded Players or other vulnerable persons with gambling marketing. Self-excluded Players are automatically removed from direct marketing during exclusion. Cooling-off Players receive no bonuses or free-play incentives during the restriction and may opt out of marketing as part of the cooling-off process.
Independent organisations can provide confidential support, information and treatment resources for gambling-related harm. Depending on your location, useful resources may include Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy / Gordon Moody, GamCare and GambleAware. Where local services are available in your target market, we encourage you to use them as well.
If you self-exclude from Highrollz, consider self-excluding from other gambling operators and using gambling-site blocking or filtering tools on your devices.
Highrollz assigns responsibility for Responsible Gaming implementation to an appropriately qualified person within the organisation. Relevant customer-facing, VIP, marketing and compliance personnel receive training to identify risk indicators, respond appropriately, apply tools and escalate concerns. The effectiveness of the Responsible Gaming framework is reviewed periodically and material changes are reported where required by the CGA.
Players should be able to access a detailed record of recent betting and wagering activity through the Player Account, including timestamps and transactions for at least the period required by applicable CGA rules. Additional historical records may be requested through Customer Support subject to legal retention requirements.
Responsible Gaming tools, including deposit limits, cooling off and self-exclusion, are available through the Responsible Gaming section of highrollz.com. If you have difficulty accessing a tool, contact Customer Support immediately through the channels displayed on the Website.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, CGA requirements, product functionality, risk assessment or responsible-gaming best practices. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the current version will remain available on highrollz.com.
